We are very pleased to take the wraps off the newest flavour of our HarmonySite product: HarmonySite for QUARTETS!
This new flavour is everything you know and love about HarmonySite, but trimmed down a bit, removing the stuff that would not be relevant to quartets, such as Availability/Attendance, Assessments, Teams/Committees, Suggestion Box, "Visit a Rehearsal", etc.
And of course, it's cheaper. Instead of the usual $250 per year, it's $160 per year (which, of course, works out to $40 per year per member). It's suitable for Barbershop quartets, SAI (or HI) quartets - even string quartets. And of course, they come with a 30-day free trial.
Two quartets have kindly participated in our "beta" program, helping us iron out the kinks before we could make the product ready for general release. You are encouraged to visit their new HarmonySites, so you can see what the product looks like in real life...

- For a chapter/club/chorus/choir/band/orchestra: This is the version that most of you will be familiar with.
- For a parent body, such as a BHS district, Sweet Adelines region, Harmony Inc area, BABS, LABBS, SNOBS, BHA, BHNZ, etc. This version of HarmonySite perfectly integrates with the HarmonySites of the chapters within the parent body, sharing a common member database, etc. We usually make HarmonySite available to parent bodies for FREE.
- For a convention, such as a regional or district convention/competition. This flavour features a powerful and configurable delegate-registration system, which also integrates with the member database of the district/region/area/etc. It can also integrate with your contest-scoring software, depending on the software.
- For a quartet, as of today!
